Tomorrow is the day the apples are ordered for the Save Caprica campaign. According to the last update we have raised $1,353! If my calculations are correct, we should be sending more than 4 of these full of apples to the Syfy offices:

I say more than 4 because donations are still coming in. You still have time to donate as little as $5 for 7 apples.
The episode of Caprica that we missed last week (Blowback) can be downloaded if you search the internet for it. It is amazing and features multiple twists, ties everything together and the plot moves along quickly. Some have called this the best episode of Caprica yet. We’ll never know since Syfy pulled it off the air. Show Syfy they made the wrong decision by sending them apples.
If you’re through with Syfy, Ryan Mercer has another idea: Write AMC to encourage them to pick up Caprica. AMC airs award winning hits such as Mad Men, Breaking Bad and recently The Walking Dead. Caprica would be right at home among such prestige.
We will be tweeting #SaveCaprica again tomorrow night at 10/9c when Caprica would have aired. Last week we got it to trend in Canada:

This week we want to see it trend in the US and Worldwide. Battlestar Cafe has 10 excellent banners for anyone to use to promote the #SaveCaprica twitter campaign. One of my favorites:

Keep watching the #SaveCaprica feed for updates. Be sure to “like” Caprica on facebook and sign the petition to Renew Caprica. See you tomorrow night!

Forget SyFy. Push AMC to consider buying the rights to Caprica. Their series like Rubicon and Mad Men, while each in different genres, are right in line with Caprica. Convince them that if they have the will to do it, they will be rewarded with a faithful audience. If you want to deal with Siffy at all, pressure them to release all Caprica episodes on DVD… the sooner they are out of the picture, the better.
