One highlight is the song from the radio in Sam Adama’s car and the eerie way that the instruments from Caprica were blended in to underscore Amanda Graystone’s climbing dread.

McCreary spoke of relief when given the breadth of how Caprica should be scored:

“Caprica was like a breath of fresh air. I got a small chamber-sized orchestra together, and I was able to fall back on just writing, technique, and ideas, and the spectacle of the score wasn’t part of it.”
